Operations Manager

Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational activities in an edtech industry.
They will oversee the operational processes to ensure that the operations team is providing the highest quality service to our customers.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a positive working environment for the operations team.
Monitor customer feedback on products and services.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of operations staff to ensure that all operational processes are running efficiently and effectively.
Develop strategies for improving process efficiencies and customer satisfaction levels.
Analyze data and metrics related to customer service performance, and identify trends and areas of improvement.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for operations.
Ensure that all internal departments are in line with organizational goals.
