Non-technical Support Executive

Job Description

  • The Non-Technical Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring that customer inquiries are answered quickly and accurately, while providing a high level of customer service.
  • This includes responding to emails and phone calls, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing technical support when needed.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for helping customers achieve success.
  • Assist with customer onboarding by providing product training and tutorials.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in the product or service delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming emails and phone calls related to customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide support when necessary.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the technical team as needed. Provide regular feedback on customer trends and needs.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints in a timely manner. Monitor SLAs for timely response to customer inquiries.
