Customer Success Manager

Job Description

  • The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring that our edtech customers are successful in their usage of our products.
  • This position requires a combination of account management, customer support, and sales skills.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to develop strong relationships with customers, troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, identify new sales opportunities, and help ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collect feedback from customers to update company processes and product features.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or problems related to customer contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to clients.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development & marketing) to ensure success for customers.
